fab2 is hiring an RF power engineering intern to design compact RF power systems from requirements through schematic, layout, manufacturing, diagnostics, and testing. The intern will collaborate with engineers and scientists, help define firmware requirements, and work on semiconductor plasma systems. The internship begins in May or June and may last 4 to 8 months, with an hourly rate equivalent to an annualized $108,000–$126,000 range. Required experience includes RF system building, resonant power amplifier design, RF power measurement sensor design, prototyping, and cable harness work; plasma systems, power electronics, and systems engineering experience are preferred.
