Description
Microsoft is hiring an Electrical Engineer Intern to design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic-device components; define design approaches and specifications; select materials and components; develop test plans and fixtures; support prototype fabrication; and document design changes. The internship begins 1 February 2027 and spans six months, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent experience, and must have at least one additional quarter or semester remaining after the internship. Base pay is USD 5,690–11,210 per month, with a higher range of USD 7,410–12,250 per month for specific San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area locations.
