Description

Forge is hiring an Electrical Engineering Intern/Co-op to work on the electrical systems that monitor, control, and harness power for its Ember 25 MWe nuclear reactor. The intern will own a scoped piece of reactor electronics or electrical hardware end-to-end, including design, layout, bring-up, and testing, while collaborating with technicians, engineers, and managers. The role is based in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County, requires relocation if the applicant is not already local, and is full-time in the office for the duration of the Spring 2027 or Summer 2027 term. Compensation is $28.00 per hour for engineering interns or freshmen/sophomores and $30.00 per hour for engineering interns or juniors/seniors.
