Wing is hiring an Electrical Engineering Lead for its Electrical Engineering Team in an onsite role in Palo Alto, California. The position manages and mentors electrical engineers developing aircraft and ground-support hardware, leads electronic hardware development, supports hiring and performance management, coordinates schedules and budgets, and drives hardware design, verification, safety, reliability, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need at least 10 years of hardware development engineering experience, 5 years of managerial experience, embedded-systems expertise, CAD and EPDM knowledge, and familiarity with UAS systems.
