Description
Amazon Robotics is hiring an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead electrical engineers across multiple robot platforms and production volumes. The role owns electrical product delivery, manages technical projects from concept through production, develops engineering performance metrics, recruits and develops people, improves design processes, and coordinates with firmware, mechanical, systems, product, and program management teams. The position requires at least seven years of new hardware product development experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, engineering team management experience, DFx experience, and technical project management experience. The role is based in North Reading or Westboro, Massachusetts, with a base salary of 151,000 to 204,300 USD annually.
