Gaylor Electric is hiring an Electrical Engineering Manager to provide strategic and technical leadership for its engineering and virtual design teams. The role oversees preconstruction and design phases for complex construction projects, leads Electrical Design Engineers and Virtual Designers, manages workload and performance, reviews electrical calculations and code-compliant designs, directs BIM coordination, supports client and field teams, and drives quality, cost control, and value engineering. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, Revit certification or at least two years of relevant professional experience, and strong knowledge of NEC and life-safety codes.
