INFICON is hiring an Electrical Engineering Manager in Syracuse, New York to lead and develop a team of electrical engineers responsible for precision analog, digital, RF, power, embedded, and PCB design. The role provides senior technical guidance, reviews engineering deliverables, supports product development from concept through production, and promotes Agile practices and people development. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least seven years of electronics engineering experience including two years in leadership or senior technical leadership, and hands-on experience with analog, digital, RF, or high-precision measurement work. The expected salary is $140,000 to $180,000 per year, with profit-sharing, 401K matching, and potential sign-on and relocation benefits.
