Description
The role develops electrical engineering concepts and solutions for new builds and renovations, prepares schematics and planning documents, coordinates project and construction teams, identifies value for stakeholders, and provides specialist on-site construction supervision and project leadership in HOAI LPH 8. It requires an electrical engineering degree or comparable qualification, several years of building-services electrical planning experience, knowledge of VOB contracts, analytical and systematic thinking, strong time management, and proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
