Description
The role serves as the central contact for FM clients, planning and implementing electrical-system projects for new-build, refurbishment, and renovation work in building services and critical-infrastructure energy supply. Responsibilities include identifying improvements, preparing and reviewing project documents, managing invoicing, schedules, budgets, and quality, and implementing projects independently. The position requires further training or a degree in supply, energy, or electrical engineering, project experience in building-services electrical engineering, a Category B driver’s license, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work mobile.
