Description
The role is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing electrical-engineering construction projects across all HOAI performance phases. Responsibilities include concept development, detailed bills of quantities and price schedules, cost-, schedule-, and quality-compliant project implementation, and development of economically viable technical alternatives. The profile requires a degree or equivalent apprenticeship in energy and building technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable field, at least 3–5 years of independent project planning and implementation experience, business travel, and strong organizational and negotiation skills.
