Eclipse Automation is hiring a full-time Electrical Engineering Software Designer in Cambridge, Ontario, for an on-site role paying $38.00–$50.00. The position designs and develops PLC and PC-based control software, debugs and commissions control systems, integrates robotics, motion controllers, vision systems, lasers, and other automation components, and supports installation, commissioning, training, documentation, and customer problem-solving. Candidates need at least five years of experience in a custom automation environment, a post-secondary engineering degree or diploma in electrical, systems, or computer engineering, and strong programming and controls problem-solving skills.
