SPIE SAG GmbH is hiring a full-time Electrical Engineering Supervisor/Technician as Construction Site Manager for Substations in Weinheim near Mannheim. The role leads on-site technical execution and installation teams for new-build and modernization projects involving medium-, high-, and extra-high voltage, coordinates project stakeholders, manages HSEQ and documentation, and performs assembly, maintenance, and commissioning. Candidates need relevant electrical vocational training, high- and medium-voltage switchgear experience, a class B driver’s license, MS Office knowledge, German C1 skills, and willingness for regular on-site work in southwestern Germany.
