Description
The Electrical Engineering Technician provides technical and administrative support to Electrical and Controls Engineering teams by reviewing and validating electrical schematics, bills of material, device tags, wiring identifiers, and related documentation before project release. The role supports ERP integration, manufacturing, purchasing, field service, design quality, documentation standards, design reviews, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with engineers and maintaining accurate records. An associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field is required, along with the ability to interpret electrical documentation and proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, ERP systems, or document management systems is preferred.
