Performance Drone Works is hiring an Engineering Technician to support the assembly, testing, validation, troubleshooting, documentation, and hand modification of electrical systems, PCBAs, and electro-mechanical small unmanned aerial systems. The hybrid role collaborates with hardware design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams, performing design validation testing, acceptance testing, electrical diagnostics, and work-instruction updates. Candidates need an Electrical Engineering Technology degree or equivalent education and experience, while solder certification and inspection is desirable; U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or asylee/refugee status is required under ITAR.
