Description
The role provides professional support for pipe-riser refurbishments, lift-system modernization, and major electrical refurbishment projects in residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include HOAI-based service phases, construction supervision, calculations, scheduling and cost monitoring, contract awarding, acceptance inspections, defect management, technical-system maintenance, safety inspections, and customer consulting. The position requires a state-recognized electrical-engineering technician degree or a university of applied sciences degree in electrical engineering, along with relevant knowledge and experience; housing-industry experience is desirable but not mandatory.
