Description
The role leads planning, tendering, and execution of maintenance and modernization projects for technical building services, including project leadership, coordination of external partners and experts, stakeholder reporting, sustainability and energy-efficiency optimization, and budget planning and monitoring. It requires vocational training in electrical engineering, practical facility-management experience, medium-voltage switching authorization, and ideally an electrical technician master qualification or comparable training. The position offers up to 60% mobile working and other employee benefits.
