Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Electrical Engineering Technology Manager for its Missiles & Fire Control organization in Santa Barbara, California. The role provides functional and technical leadership for a multidisciplinary electrical engineering team, including recruitment, performance management, mentoring, design assurance, program planning, trade studies, and integration of digital, analog, and power designs into sensor systems. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering, at least 10 years of electrical engineering experience including 5 years in a senior or managerial role, defense or aerospace team leadership experience, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. The salary range is $118,000 to $219,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
