SPIE Nucléaire is hiring a permanent, full-time Electrical Estimating Engineer in Marseille, France, to analyze technical requirements and tender documents, prepare electrical quantities and cost estimates, evaluate supplier and subcontractor offers, prepare technical response documents, lead bid reviews, and support commercial negotiations. The role requires an engineering degree in electrical or energy engineering, at least three years of significant initial experience in predominantly electrical project management, preferably in the nuclear industry, and knowledge of estimating tools, nuclear standards, and commercial techniques.
