Description
The Electrical Estimating Engineer will support the early stages of railway electrical projects by analyzing tender documents, preparing electrical cost estimates and quantity takeoffs, consulting suppliers and subcontractors, developing technical and commercial proposals, participating in negotiations, and transferring project files to construction teams. The role requires electrical engineering training, cost estimating or construction project management experience, proficiency with Excel, AutoCAD, and Quick-Devis, and is based in Bagneux, France on a permanent contract.
