Description
The Estimator will analyze bid specifications, subcontractor quotes, drawings, project plans, and other project requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals. The role includes coordinating with departments, preparing cost reports, participating in pre-bid meetings and job-site visits, and completing take-offs using estimating software. It is an office-based position in Derwent, Ohio, with onsite bid meetings, and requires a four-year degree or equivalent technical training and related experience, along with knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
