LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is hiring an Electrical Estimator to support preconstruction operations in Bala Cynwyd. The role develops and maintains electrical cost estimates, reviews plans and MEP drawings, performs quantity take-offs, solicits and analyzes subcontractor bids, prepares change-order pricing, and supports client and project-team discussions. Candidates need a BS or BA, at least five years of estimating or related construction experience, strong computer and budgeting skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
