Description
The Electrical Engineer / Facilities Maintenance Engineer provides engineering and technical support to discipline engineers and maintenance teams on electrical issues, maintains electrical system design integrity and performance, manages minor and major projects, develops reliability strategies, creates maintenance plans, updates utility layouts, and coordinates equipment upgrades. The role also supports ISO 14000 and 9000 coordination, prepares conceptual designs and scopes of work for tendering, and manages breakdowns and crises outside normal working hours. A bachelor’s or professional degree in Electrical Engineering and at least three years of experience managing electrical systems in an industrial setting are required; LV and HT electrical maintenance, clean-room experience, familiarity with manufacturing facility mechanical systems, analytical and communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency are preferred.
