Rising Edge Group is hiring a Field Foreman to lead and oversee assigned on-site construction activities for high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects. The role supervises a small crew, coordinates daily work packages, resources, safety and quality compliance, reporting, documentation, materials, equipment, audits, and communication with the Construction Manager/Site Supervisor and client. The position requires a Construction Management degree or Journeyperson PSE/Electrician designation, a valid driver’s license, 5–7 years of construction experience, and the ability to travel to project sites; medium- to high-voltage substation construction experience is an asset.
