Description
The Commercial Construction Foreman will oversee commercial construction projects, coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders, and manage field personnel, productivity, costs, quality, safety, schedules, materials, and equipment. The role requires five years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience, proficiency with Bluebeam, Plangrid, Excel, Procore, and scheduling, and the ability to travel and work extended periods on projects outside the office area.
