Description
The Electrical Foreman schedules, coordinates, and supervises a small electrical crew at construction job sites, providing daily leadership, safety oversight, work assignments, quality inspections, documentation, and crew development. The role requires at least five to seven years of commercial electrician experience, an OSHA 10 certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, an active Texas Journeyman Electrician License, and the ability to work in outdoor and varied weather conditions. It is a full-time, non-exempt position with a Monday-through-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. schedule, occasional evening and weekend work, and up to 25% travel.
