Description

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee field teams on a Mission Critical Data Center project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring safety and quality, and adhering to strict codes and specifications. Responsibilities include supervising electricians, overseeing electrical system installations like power distribution and grounding, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The position requires strong leadership, knowledge of electrical codes, and the ability to handle extended work hours.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7 years of experience in commercial electrical construction
Prior data center or mission-critical project experience strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications: State Journeyman or Master Electrician License (required where applicable)
OSHA 30 preferred (OSHA 10 minimum)
NFPA 70E certification preferred
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or GED required
State-recognized electrical apprenticeship completion preferred
2+ years in a foreman or lead role preferred
