Description
The electrical foreman leads installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities. The role supervises electricians and other personnel on job sites, provides training and mentorship to junior team members, coordinates with project managers, maintains detailed project documentation, and ensures materials, tools, and work are completed safely and according to plans and NEC standards. The position requires strong blueprint reading, leadership, troubleshooting, math, and OSHA knowledge, with preference for electrician licensure and safety certifications.
