Description
The Electrical Foreman leads the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities. The role supervises electricians and apprentices, coordinates project work, maintains documentation, plans jobs, ensures materials and equipment are available, and installs electrical components according to specifications and the NEC. Candidates need advanced blueprint-reading ability, leadership and troubleshooting skills, OSHA knowledge, and a technical degree, 3–5 years of experience, or a combination of education and experience; journeyman or master electrician licensing, OSHA certifications, and First Aid and CPR certification are preferred.
