Description
The Electrical Foreman leads an assigned electrical project scope, coordinating with the project superintendent and other trades while managing materials and manpower. The role enforces quality and safety standards, uses company technology to meet customer expectations, and supervises, mentors, and motivates employees. Candidates must be progressive electrical leaders with at least five years of experience managing electrical contractor scopes and multimillion-dollar projects, hold an active journeyman or master electrician license, and be proficient in the National Electrical Code, local codes, construction safety requirements, and basic computer and writing skills.
