Stellar Energy is hiring a full-time Electrical Foreman to lead and coordinate electricians installing, wiring, and testing electrical components for chilled water systems in a fabrication facility. The role manages production scheduling, resource allocation, quality inspections, safety compliance, technical training, process improvement, and critical resources, with work in Jacksonville, Florida or Fort Worth, Texas. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years supervising electrical personnel in industrial or manufacturing environments, extensive industrial electrical knowledge, electrical-code and NFPA 70E familiarity, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician credential. The position is on the first shift Monday through Friday, with overtime and occasional evening or weekend work, and includes medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, and other benefits.
