Interstates is hiring a Field Leader to lead crews of 3–15 people on industrial electrical projects. The role is on-site, requires travel within a 200-mile radius of Brainerd, Minnesota, and involves project execution, safety leadership, client communication, crew coaching, planning, budgeting, and electrical and construction knowledge. Applicants need on-site industrial electrical experience, crew-leadership experience, and a state-issued journeyman electrician license or equivalent. Compensation is $41.00 to $50.00 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
