Amazon is hiring an Electrical Hardware Engineer to develop electrical systems for robotics, automation, and material handling. The role owns hardware development from requirements and component selection through detailed design, integration, validation, qualification, manufacturing readiness, reliability, and field support. Responsibilities include electrical schematics, power distribution, industrial components, EPLAN and PLM systems, testing, FMEA, NRTL certification, and design reviews. The position requires an electrical engineering degree, at least three years of relevant experience, industrial standards knowledge, and up to 25% travel. It is based in Bellevue or Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $117,300 to $160,000 annually.
