Description
The Electrical Hardware Engineer supports AI server and rack system-level electrical integration, diagnostic triage, validation, and test engineering. The role performs signal integrity and high-speed interconnect validation, troubleshoots hardware failures, supports system bring-up, verifies engineering change orders, audits rework, and operates high-frequency laboratory and production test equipment. It requires a bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, electronic, or a related engineering discipline and 2–4 years of experience with high-speed signal integrity, cabling, interconnect validation, hardware diagnostics, and complex failure analysis, plus 1+ year of experience with enterprise or AI server/rack integration.
