ICEYE is hiring a permanent Electrical Harness Design Engineer in Espoo, Finland, reporting to the Test Engineering Team Lead. The role owns satellite electrical harness architecture, defines pin-to-pin specifications, maintains configuration control, supports R&D and production reviews, applies EMC/EMI practices, defines grounding strategies, and collaborates with mechanical, manufacturing, and system teams. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree, harness-design-tool experience, complex-machine harness design experience, cable assembly or integration experience, familiarity with aerospace and electronics standards, R&D experience, and PLM-system experience. The position is hybrid and subject to security screening.
