The role involves assisting with electrical and construction installation, pre-assembling electrical devices and building components, and supporting customer service through installation and assembly work. Practical experience in electrical installation is advantageous, while hands-on skills, instruction-following ability, independent working style, flexibility, basic electrical engineering knowledge, and good German are required. The position offers onboarding and training, a permanent employment contract, and performance-based compensation.
