apvento GmbH is seeking an Electrical Helper for a client in the region. The role involves simple wiring, component and parts assembly, bonding and fastening, production and assembly support, and general hands-on work in the production area. Candidates need practical skills, technical understanding, German language skills, motivation, reliability, and a team-oriented approach; prior hands-on experience is advantageous. The position offers performance-based compensation of up to €16.50 per hour, vacation and Christmas bonuses, a permanent employment contract, development opportunities, and structured onboarding or training, with immediate availability.
