Description
The Electrical Helper supports Journeymen Electricians, Apprentices, and Foremen on commercial and industrial construction projects by handling materials, maintaining safe and organized work areas, and assisting with basic electrical installation tasks such as measuring, drilling, mounting supports, pulling wire, assembling conduit, and installing components under direct supervision. The role requires basic hand-tool use, willingness to learn, physical ability to work at heights and in varying conditions, and the ability to pass drug and background screenings. A high school diploma or GED, previous construction or electrical experience, OSHA 10 certification, and bilingual proficiency are preferred or advantageous.
