Description
The Electrical Industrialization Methods Engineer will prepare, optimize, and deploy production methods for electrical pre-wiring and assembly workshops. The role covers drafting instruction sheets, calculating takt times, adapting documents to design changes, supporting production teams, monitoring progress and discrepancies, coordinating with design, quality, and logistics, identifying bottlenecks, ensuring document and quality compliance, and preparing project reports. Candidates need an engineering or equivalent Bac+5 degree, at least three years of industrial methods experience, and experience with instruction sheets, process plans, and process optimization; railway standards and CATIA V5, ENOVIA, SAP, MS Project, and project management experience are assets.
