BauerTech GmbH is hiring an Electrical Installation Engineer to lead a team of 2–4 fitters on construction sites in Austria and Southern Germany. The role covers installation, cabling, connection, and signal checks of small instrumentation, control, and measurement systems; setup and connection of distribution panels and drives; customer, authority, and supplier coordination; subcontractor management; and performance documentation. Applicants should have completed electrical engineering training, approximately 10 years of relevant experience, knowledge of industrial measurement technology and PLCs, and willingness to travel. The position is based in Linz and offers training, career development, and a four-day workweek by arrangement.
