Hofmann Personnel is hiring full-time Electrical Installers (m/f/d) for control panel construction at its Leipzig site. The role involves assembling and installing control panels, switchgear systems, and components; wiring and cable preparation according to diagrams and E-Plan; functional testing; and supporting maintenance, servicing, and repair. Applicants need completed vocational training in electrical fields, initial experience in control panel wiring or switchgear construction, diagram-reading skills, and willingness to work shifts. The gross hourly wage is up to €22.40, with vacation and Christmas bonuses, potential permanent employment with client companies, and occupational medical and safety-technical support.
