Description
El Paso Community College is hiring a part-time Electrical Instructor to teach electrical courses in person on campus. The role involves delivering instruction according to approved syllabi, supporting student learning, maintaining office hours, participating in professional development, and completing other assigned duties. Applicants must have a high school diploma and five years of experience in the electrical trades, a current Electrical Journeyman or Master License, teaching experience, classroom technology skills, community-college teaching experience, knowledge of the National Electrical Code and electrical computations, and experience with motor control, PLCs, conduit bending, blueprint reading, AC and DC theory, Microsoft Office, and communication skills. The position is security-sensitive and requires a criminal background check.
