Description

The IEC Apprenticeship Technical Instructor delivers the IEC Apprenticeship curriculum to students in the Atlanta & Georgia Chapter Apprenticeship Training Program, using lectures, hands-on exercises, presentations, and other instructional methods. The role provides technical support, supervision, classroom management, safety enforcement, administrative work, and extra student assistance, with a schedule of two days per week from 5–9 PM. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of electrical-systems work experience, knowledge of the National Electrical Code, electrical-construction coursework, and the ability to work independently; IEC Apprenticeship program completion and a Georgia Electrical Contractors License are preferred.
