Turntide Technologies is hiring an Electrical Machines Design Engineer to lead the design and development of radial and axial flux electric machines from concept through production. The role covers motor topology, sizing, performance prediction, thermal and electromagnetic analysis, FEA, prototype builds, testing, validation, and cross-functional integration with mechanical, manufacturing, control, quality, and product teams. Candidates need an Electrical Engineering degree, relevant electromagnetics and motor-thermal knowledge, FEA tool proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills; relevant experience and a relevant master’s or PhD are desirable.
