Marathon Petroleum Company LP is hiring an onsite Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for its Los Angeles Refinery in Wilmington/Carson, California. The supervisor will lead union-represented electrical maintenance personnel, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, support refinery electrical system availability and reliability, enforce safety and environmental compliance, coordinate planning and scheduling, manage work orders and records, support training and cost control, and communicate with maintenance and operations leadership. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with periodic on-call and turnaround support.
