Description
PCA is hiring an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to plan, schedule, and direct daily maintenance activities for electricians, instrument technicians, and contractors across the mill. The role supervises electrical department personnel, coordinates with engineering and outside contractors, manages maintenance records and budgets, supports capital projects, and oversees safety and training programs. Candidates need at least three years of electrical training beyond high school and four years of experience in electrical power distribution, distributed control systems, PLCs, and drives; BSEE/BSEET is preferred. The position offers a starting salary of $96,000 to $144,000 annually and medical, dental, and vision coverage within the first 30 days.
