Description
The role maintains high-current and low-current technical installations, including telephony, fire safety, computer cabling, and access-control systems. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs, initial interventions, low-voltage system installation or modification, and safe de-energization and lockout of electrical installations. The position also covers for the stockroom clerk when absent and requires knowledge of high- and low-current regulations, equipment installation and maintenance, fire safety, and safety procedures.
