Guardian Glass is hiring an Electrical Maintenance Technician (E&I) in Geneva, New York to maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair plant instrumentation, control systems, sensors, transmitters, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and related electrical components in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. The role requires a 12-hour rotating shift and offers $35–$45 per hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid after six months. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of industrial instrumentation and controls experience; an associate degree, PLC, CMMS, ISA, and Six Sigma experience are preferred.
