Description
The role leads electrical and mechanical engineers, managers, and subject matter experts at Lam India on product development for power boxes and control boxes used in semiconductor equipment. Responsibilities include power delivery and distribution system design, experimental testing, equipment setup, safety, communication protocols, PCBAs, heater controls, product and obsolescence lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering managers in India, Europe, and the United States. The position requires 12+ years of capital-equipment or similar experience, prior management of electrical and mechanical engineering teams, power-box and control-box development experience, electrical CAD proficiency, and knowledge of relevant electrical standards. Eligibility is based on a master’s degree with 12–14 years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree with 14–16 years of relevant experience. The role may follow an on-site flex or virtual flex hybrid work model.
