Description
The role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems for data center projects, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, backup power, schematics, equipment selection, and design reviews. It also requires ETAP simulation and analysis of power-system studies, load flow, grounding, harmonic, transient stability, grid-code, short-circuit, arc-flash, and coordination studies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least eight years of electrical design engineering experience focused on data center projects and power systems, and proficiency with ETAP, AutoCAD, and relevant electrical codes and standards.
