Electrical Manufacturing Engineer at K2 Space

K2 Space is hiring an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to partner with design engineers on spacecraft electronic assemblies, develop manufacturing systems, tooling, build flows, and production processes for PCBAs, harnessing, electromechanical subassemblies, and integrated avionics. The role covers prototype development, design-for-excellence guidance, MES and tooling implementation, and scaling advanced manufacturing techniques to high-rate production. Candidates need a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, at least three years of high-volume manufacturing or integration experience, and expertise with aerospace electronics manufacturing, IPC standards, GD&T, and conformal coating processes. The role offers a base salary of $100,000–$140,000 plus equity and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
